Please contact us (see page footer) with the date, time, and transaction type that resulted in this error.
This problem could be related to data you submitted. Things you can do to correct the problem:
- Enter only numeric values in numeric fields (no dollar signs, commas, etc)
- Enter formatted dates in date fields (mm/dd/yy)
- Remove apostrophes and special characters from text values (which sometimes cause problems)
You may go back and try again.
